Seeking: JAVA developer
We are looking for a mid/senior Java software developer who is interested in working in IoT in energy. If you want to actively participate in the ENERGY TRANSITION and you enjoy coding, then you’ve come to the right place!
Our in-house software system enables the integration of renewable energies and battery storage systems using a virtual power plant (VPP). This platform sums up and controls the performance of several energy resources, standardizes the digital communication protocols with their large amounts of data and ensures cybersecurity in the system. In addition, the platform enables the aggregation of distributed generators and consumers to sell their “flexibility” (energy capacity) to the most valuable electricity market – balancing market.
With its significant contribution to higher energy efficiency, our technology plays an important role in the EU’s efforts for a carbon-neutral green energy transition. And you can be part of this!
+ Documentation and reporting of results
+ Bug fixing by means of ticketing system
+ Conducting of acceptance tests
+ Experience with Java, mySQL, Postreges, MongoDB, Linux, Docker, Git
+ Good skills in Linux/Windows
+ Basic skills in IT hardware and networks
+ Good English skills
+ Precise and structured way of working
You would be part of a team of developers, all working in Home Office.
Payment starts at an hourly rate of 20 EUR per hour gross, depending on your level of expertise.
Half-time workload (80 hours/month), working remotely.
