Smart Grids Week is an annual conference contrived by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Traffic, Innovation and Technology (bmvit), in cooperation with one of the main layers in the Austrian Smart Grids community. This year it is Salzburg AG.

The 8th edition of Smart Grids Week 2013 is focused on technical and legal aspects regarding business models and power supply operations in a smart grid. To showcase actual projects during the conference, pilot ventures will be visited in Salzburg’s model area.
