Andraz Andolsek, Senior Development Expert, IT and Data Specialist at CyberGrid, presented the project FutureFlow at the SAP Utilities Powerstorm event that took place from the 25th until the 26th of October in Warsaw, Poland. In his presentation, Andolsek showed how CyberGrid’s flexibility platform can help with the integration of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and storage systmes to provide state-of-the-art cross-border balancing services.

FutureFlow, which is part of the EU Horizon 2020 programme, is designed to create and "pilot test comprehensive techno-economic models for open and non-discriminatory access of advanced consumers and distributed generators to a regional platform for ancillary, balancing and redispatching services."
