CyberGrid is one of the Austrian Smart Grids pioneers in the integration of demand response, renewables and batteries into the energy market. Since 2010, our award-winning software solution CyberNoc has been contributing to a CO2-free energy system in Europe. Automation, intelligent communication and novel trading algorithms are used to help integrate more renewable generation into the electric grid.

Project Manager (m/f/d) - Full-time

We would need your energy for:

Managing software implementation projects for electricity suppliers, aggregators or grid operators in Austria and abroad.
Solving interoperability challenges to connect industrial, commercial and household flexibility as well as renewables, batteries, EV charging stations etc.
Supporting various project phases from analysis and development to testing and roll-out in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
Translating customer requirements to the CyberGrid software development team.
Developing novel solutions, guidelines and documentation to ensure an efficient and effective project execution and communication.
Designing and carrying out customer training courses.

You have the following qualifications:

Having a diploma or master's degree (HTL, FH, university) in electrical engineering, information technology, computer science, business informatics, energy technology or similar.
Knowledge and practical experience in energy markets.
Project references in the area of automation of industrial processes and power plants such as hydro , wind and PVs are an absolute plus.
Strong project management skills; both in classic and agile process models.
Experience with agile software development and Jira is helpful.
Knowledge of MS Office 365.
Proactive, communicative and responsible team player with the ability to deal with challenges independently.
Customer-oriented mindset paired with initiative and good organization.
Very good language skills in German and English with very good communication skills in an international business context. Knowledge of another language is helpful.
Ability to work in a diverse and multinational team.
Willingness to travel.

Our company is subject to the “Collective Agreement for Employees of Companies in the Field of Automatic Data Processing and Information Technology Services”. Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer a minimum salary of the job group ST 2 (payments 14 times per year).
